With a long history of agricultural development of farmers in Lamphun Province for more than 1,400 years. Longans are the main economic fruit for both domestic and international exports. Therefore, we are very interested in developing and upgrading the local auspicious fruit from the best-selling products at the provincial level to the world market.
We focus on the selection of longan species, cultivation and rearing of longan in order to obtain the grade A production or higher. We intend for longan farmers from Lamphun Province to take care of garden and selected longan varieties E-dor as the main raw material because of high yield and fast harvest. In addition, this longan is suitable for efficient processing. This is the goal of the owner that wanting to upgrade an advanced processing of longan to world-class level.
We also keep the record of watering and fertilizing in our longan gardens. Because water is the key to maintaining the quality of the longan in each year. Each longan tree must be regularly watered with a 'mini sprinkler' system and including soil moisture meter to maintain water in soil. We use organic fertilizer, not use fertilizers containing insecticides including synthetic chemicals. To obtain the yield of longan that is non-toxic and safe for eat.
